Devon Remodel was born from the recognition that our friends, family and neighbors often seek a supportive and collaborative partner to navigate the challenge of remodeling their cherished homes.  Our passion is driven by the desire to provide tailor-made solutions for every homeowner at every stage of their remodeling journey.  Leading our dedicated team is the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Kai and Megan Yelland.  With Kai’s extensive background spanning over a decade in the construction industry and Megan’s impressive 12-year tenure as a realtor, they both understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution for this deeply personal process.  Together, they are committed to being your steadfast friends and trusted experts throughout the entire remodeling experience.
